STEM and Semiconductor International Interdisciplinary Instrumental Analysis and Hand on Course
1.Objective：Scanning Electron Microscopes (FESEM), Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM), and Mass Spectrometers are indispensable analytical tools in semiconductor technology. To strengthen the practical capabilities of foreign students in the field of semiconductors, i-CAST provides a subsidy of NT$2,000 per student for hands-on core facility courses, with a certificate of completion provided. (Note: The certificate can be counted as credit for mini-courses.)

3.Date： 2024/11/7-11/20, 10 people limitation for each class
4. Intership content：
